The Code of Conduct denotes common values and ethical requirements employees must comply with in the course of their work in Dinarsu.<\/td>Davran\u0131\u015f Kurallar\u0131, Dinarsu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revlerini yerine getirmeleri esnas\u0131nda sahip olmalar\u0131 gereken m\u00fc\u015fterek de\u011ferler ve etik standartlar\u0131 ifade etmektedir.<\/td><\/tr>
We expect all employees to observe every individual\u2019s personal dignity, privacy and personality rights. We do not tolerate any discrimination on grounds of age, sex, ethnic origin, nationality, political opinion, race and religion; harassment or insulting behavior, any intimidation or violence.<\/td>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131zdan, t\u00fcm bireylerin ki\u015fisel haysiyetini, mahremiyetini ve ki\u015filik haklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetmelerini beklemekteyiz. \u015eirketimiz b\u00fcnyesinde ya\u015f, cinsiyet, etnik k\u00f6ken, milliyet, siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, \u0131rk ve din temelli olmak \u00fczere herhangi bir ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa; tacize; herhangi bir tahkir edici davran\u0131\u015fa; y\u0131ld\u0131rmaya, \u015fiddete veya tehdide m\u00fcsamaha g\u00f6sterilmemektedir.<\/td><\/tr>
T\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, mesleki ve \u00f6zel ya\u015famlar\u0131na ili\u015fkin konular\u0131 birbirinden a\u00e7\u0131k bir bi\u00e7imde ay\u0131rmalar\u0131; ki\u015fisel menfaatleri i\u00e7in Dinarsu b\u00fcnyesindeki i\u015flerinden ve pozisyonlar\u0131ndan yararlanmamalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n r\u00fc\u015fvet alma\/verme benzeri bir yolsuzluk yapmalar\u0131, Dinarsu’nun herhangi bir Gizli Bilgisini ve\/veya Ticari S\u0131rr\u0131n\u0131 if\u015fa etmeleri kesinlikle yasakt\u0131r.<\/td>All the company members should clearly segregate between their professional and private matters. They must not take advantage of their jobs and positions in Dinarsu for personal benefit. All the company members are strictly prohibited from divulging any Confidential Information and\/or Trade Secrets of Dinarsu. Bribery and corruption are unacceptable.<\/td><\/tr>
We are committed to an ethical and responsible conduct in all of our operations; with respect for the rights of all individuals, environment and the society.<\/td>Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm i\u015flerde \u00e7evreye ve topluma duyarl\u0131 olmay\u0131; b\u00fct\u00fcn bireylerin haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131 etik bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 yaratmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct ediyoruz.<\/td><\/tr>
The standards in this Code of Conduct applies to our clients, partner organizations and sub-contractors besides our employees. In case the provisions of this Code of Conduct are not complied with these stakeholders, Dinarsu may terminate or halt its relationship with them.<\/td>Davran\u0131\u015f kurallar\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, m\u00fc\u015fterilerimiz, i\u015f ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z ve alt i\u015fverenlerimiz i\u00e7in de esas al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken standartlard\u0131r. Bu standartlara uyulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, Dinarsu s\u00f6z konusu ki\u015fi ve kurumlar ile i\u015f ili\u015fkisini sona erdirebilir veya belirli bir s\u00fcre ara verebilir.<\/td><\/tr>
