They must not take advantage of their jobs and positions in Dinarsu for personal benefit. All the company members are strictly prohibited from divulging any Confidential Information and\/or Trade Secrets of Dinarsu. Bribery and corruption are unacceptable.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>We are committed to an ethical and responsible conduct in all of our operations; with respect for the rights of all individuals, environment and the society.<\/td><td>Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm i\u015flerde \u00e7evreye ve topluma duyarl\u0131 olmay\u0131; b\u00fct\u00fcn bireylerin haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131 etik bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 yaratmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct ediyoruz.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The standards in this Code of Conduct applies to our clients, partner organizations and sub-contractors besides our employees. In case the provisions of this Code of Conduct are not complied with these stakeholders, Dinarsu may terminate or halt its relationship with them.<\/td><td>Davran\u0131\u015f kurallar\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, m\u00fc\u015fterilerimiz, i\u015f ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z ve alt i\u015fverenlerimiz i\u00e7in de esas al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken standartlard\u0131r.
